It is the means to live a happy, peaceful and fulfilled life, which can only happen when you stop the inner battle between your mind and your self. By learning to let go of your past, and live in the present moment, fully aware of all the gifts and grace in your life, you can transform your life from one of sadness, loneliness and pain, into one where you feel deeply connected and fulfilled by all that is around you.
