How I Work
WIth utmost gentleness and razor sharp clarity, we dismantle the areas that keep you stuck and prevent you from experiencing the divine Flow of life the way you know is possible and deeply long for.
I help you see where and how you are getting in your own way and feel stuck in life. Through the felt sense in your own body you will realize the tools you need to do this for yourself. It will be fresh, powerful and transformational. This is not a canned technique. It is unique to each one of us as we learn to ‘catch our own wave’ and then Flow with it.
I have a gift of recognizing the core issues that keep you stuck in the merry-go-round and help bring that awareness to you in a safe way, without judgment, shame or second guessing. You will feel it consciously in your body and energetically start releasing that pattern.
You may have noticed how you can make changes in your life at times, discover new insights, or feel empowered to take action, only to find that months, days or even hours later, the effects of these transformational experiences have passed. This is what happens when change is brought about through the mind.
Somatic and spiritual work interacts on a whole different level. By bringing awareness into the Felt Sense in your body, you can clearly experience the cause of suffering and stuckness, listen to them and finally through kindness and Love as the medium allow them to transform.
I Have Been There Too!
Years ago, I was in a relationship that made me question everything about myself. I had a hard time trusting my intuition and couldn’t make clear decisions, and this created a lot of anxiety. I was often told, “you’re just too sensitive, too emotional, and too demanding.” My self doubt and confusion made leaving this relationship very difficult, because at the time, my confidence and self-esteem just felt out of reach.
After I finally left, I couldn’t stop asking myself “how the heck did I allow this to happen (again!)?” That question lead me on a deep inner journey of transformation, because I finally had had enough and didn’t want to repeat this old pattern anymore. I had to uncover all the places inside where I had left and disowned myself, especially in the area of self doubt. Growing up in a family without feeling encouraged to be and trust myself, created a lot of suffering in my life. Finally and fortunately, it has also given me a lot of strength and confidence to turn this around.
Today I love helping others to find that same clarity and strength needed to live a fulfilling and peaceful life.
I am trained and certified in many different areas of personal transformation and embodiment as well as spiritual awakening, and have seen wonderful transformations taking place for my clients in my private coaching practice for over 10 years.
