Do you believe that you Can do something in the intensity of what is going on in the world, or do you feel
· Helpless, hopeless or desensitized about what is happening in the world?
· Detached, terrified or confused about what you can do?
It’s easy to pull back and distract yourself, isn’t it – or the opposite and try to fight, demonstrate and change things ‘out there’. I’ve tried most of it and honestly, haven’t seen a substantial change yet – at least not to the visible eye. Things seem to be escalating.
Of course that is not to say that you and I shouldn’t be out there doing what our Heart inspires us to do. It all plays a role and there’s nothing more delicious than following your Heart’s promptings.
What Can I Do?
However, many of us feel these burning questions in our Hearts of “What CAN I do?” “How CAN I make a difference?”
During the past weeks and even on a daily basis, everything seems to keep escalating at a faster rate. We’re seeing mass shootings, environmental laws being gutted, more pedophilia being uncovered, a nuclear explosion in Russia, uncontrollable wildfires, and now the Rain forest (the LUNGS of mother Earth) is on fire too!
That sure makes you wonder: How can little me make any kind of a difference?
I took that question into a deeper prayer.
This is what came:
“We need to raise the frequency on the Earth. We need to physically gather into smaller Circles of 5-10 people in our neighborhood/community and together go into Heart-Brain-Coherence (HBC).”
That way, we start emitting a higher frequency into the world.
Have We Gone Too Far Yet?
In my not-so-humble opinion, I believe that as a species, we’ve gone way too far on so many levels that we are not able to turn things around on the 3D level anymore. Fighting matter with matter is just not cutting it anymore.
But please don’t despair. There is something that we CAN do and we need to start NOW.
Einstein said: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.“
Dr Joe Dispenza says: “If you understand that the disease exists as a pattern in the field, then if you change the field, you change matter.”
I think you may agree that our current system suffers from a serious disease, that affects all of us.
So now is the time that we must rise higher into the Field and change it from there.
Heart Coherence
What Is HBC? HeartBrainCoherence is when the Heart, Brain and Emotions are aligned and working together harmoniously. When there is Coherence between the Heart and the Brain, the Emotions calm down and your frequency expands. Now you naturally connect with the Field all around you and now you can raise the frequency.
If this is new to you, it may sound a little strange or unbelievable. I hope you are open to expanding out of this belief and start realizing what a limited state of consciousness we’ve all lived by, and have had a hard time to see beyond it.
However, there is so much more to life than our limited mind.
Yes, You Can Do Something
We can rise to a higher frequency inside of ourselves as well as together in our Circle, to reach a solution – and to help raise the frequency in our neighborhood, community, country and world.
This is what the world needs more than anything.
Heart Brain Coherence is a higher state, and is scientifically proven to change things on the physical level.

Get your friends and neighbors together every day for at least one month and let’s see what happens.
Just follow this simple meditation to get into this state. It’s simple. It’s powerful. It’s what is needed.
How To Get Into Heart Coherence And Raise The Frequency
1. Close your eyes and go inside. Follow your breath through your nose into your body, your belly and your Being. Do this for a minute or so, just to get present inside
2. Now put your attention on your Heart Center in the middle of your chest and FEEL your Heart. You may gently touch your chest or Heart Center to really move out of your head and into your Heart Center.
3. Breathe in and out as if you literally breathe the air into your chest and out of it. Slow breathing – about 5 counts in and 5 counts out. Slow breathing helps your nervous system FEEL that it is safe. We only breathe slowly like that when we actually feel safe. So this is a prompt to your nervous system to relax and know that you are safe.
4. If you need a little more help to relax, let your out-breath be a little longer than your in-breath. 5 counts in and 7 counts out. This helps your Vagus Nerve relax even more.
5. Think of something that makes you happy, love, loved, grateful, caring, compassionate, appreciative or positively anticipatory. These elevated emotions have been measured to bring you into Heart Brain Coherence.
6. Breathe in and out like this for several minutes and focus on the elevated feeling in your Heart.
7. Now start radiating this good feeling in your Heart out from your body. Let it fill your body, surround your body, surround the space around your body, surround the group, the room and together radiate this Love out to your neighborhood and world. Surround Mother Earth and the Rain Forest in this elevated Feeling
8. Feel grateful that you are able to make a difference in the world in a way that raises your own frequency and therefore raises everything you bring into your Heart.
9. If you feel moved to include specific people or situations please do so.
10. Spend about 20-30 minutes together like this. At the end, set a nice timer and come back to your body.
11. You can either share your experiences with each other, or just go home and continue your day.
