Dear Friend,
I Have A Dream
He lived it with all his Heart and soul and was willing to die for this Dream. To this day he is revered and admired for his beautiful vision and courage to stay true to his Dream no matter what.
We are blessed to have people like MLK to admire and quote and be inspired by. However, it isn’t until we take the next step and start putting into practice ourselves, what we admire about someone, that we tap into its real power.
You may have heard it before that the people we admire are mere reflections of what we are capable of ourselves.
Who Do You Admire? What Is Your Dream?
We all have a Dream. We all have something in our Heart that makes us feel alive and inspires us to contribute in one form or another. For some it is creating something tangible in the world, and for others it is getting off the wheel of busyness and devote our time to just Being, yet others are drawn to both or anything in between. Whatever it is, it is something bigger than yourself that wants to make your life more meaningful, relaxed and fulfilling.
Most of us have suppressed and ignored this Dream out of fear of being ridiculed, killed, burned or simply because we don’t think we can do it all on our own.
What If You Didn’t Feel Alone Anymore,
Do You Think That Would Make It Easier To Take Your Next Step?
If you have been following my blog posts and newsletter, you probably know that my Dream is ‘working me’ and won’t let me go. I keep getting: “Women Need To Get Together, Women Need To Get Together.”
Well, besides writing about it, I am taking the next step, and this step includes you.
The time has come for me to stop just talking and writing about the power and importance of us Women getting together and actually make it happen.
Women Standing For Love
I want to invite you and other Women to gather, share and bring your Dreams into the world.
I know it often feels like it, but you are not meant to do it on your own. I know those feelings all too well and how overwhelming and scary they can feel. It is easier to just ‘drop the Dream’ and instead keep feeding the nightmare of dread, inertia, overwhelm and isolation.
I am more committed to my Dream than to the fears. The impulse to gather women in larger and smaller groups is winning. I am surrendering – with a grateful smile on my face.
To start out I would like to invite you to go to my new Facebook Page Women Standing For Love , Like it and share yourself.
I am also in the process of creating a new website Womenstandingforlove.com currently with just the bare bones and beginnings of this movement. I would like to invite you to become part of it, so we can all help and support each other, knowing we are not alone anymore, and create the world we all know is possible.
I keep having a vision of many, many women gathering together all over the world taking a stand for Love and taking the steps to make it so.
I look forward to seeing you be part of it and will let you know more as things progressin my weekly Ezine, on Facebook and here.
Please go now and check out these new avenues for you to express, learn, share, support and get the courage to Stand for Love and mean it 🙂
I know there is a lot more to share and I look forward to creating a community of Women Standing For Love and bring the feeling of admiration back where it belongs: You sharing and acting on your Dream.
