How do you deal with inertia?

Do you ever feel inspired with deep Heartfelt intentions, only to see them end up by the wayside in a pile of inertia?
It has happened to me many times, but somehow I have always been able to pick myself up again and take the necessary steps to keep moving with the creative Energy.
Inertia has prevented so many great ideas from taking root in the world and keeps us from taking the needed steps to make a real difference. The answers are here, the inspiration is here, but the action is missing.   Inertia is based in fear, overwhelm, lack of trust and lack of support and the world is suffering because we don’t know how to deal with it.
