What Do You Like Most About Yourself?
Dear Friend,
I wish you a peaceful and delicious Thanksgiving, whether you are with family, friends or in your own sweet company. This really is the day to count your blessings and remember what you are grateful for.
I just read a post that said: “If you don’t have anything to be grateful for, check you pulse.”
It is easy to forget the little things in life that we take for granted, isn’t it. We miss the magic when we forget these vital and essential gifts we have access to every day and that keep us alive. I know it may be hard to see that if you feel lonely or left behind. But why not try it anyway. If you are somebody who feels lonely today and have a hard time finding peace inside, why not give this a try: Get out your journal and pen and get creative by writing all the things you do have in your life that make it worth living.
And if you need a little inspiration, this video will do trick:

Remember yesterday’s blog that said that it takes a radical shift in perception to open up to other possibilities? What better way to spend the day – whether alone or amongst friends and family. Shift your perception and start looking for what you do have – what is good – what is good about YOU – what makes your life worthwhile continuing. Please don’t be bashful. You know all the good things about yourself, don’t you? Even though others may not see them in you?
What do you like most about yourself?
What makes you really Happy?
What people in your life make you feel loved?
What has been the best thing that happened to you after going through/being in a challenging circumstance?
Get really creative and shift your perception, if only for today. If it doesn’t feel good, you can always to back to the familiar.
Here is one more beautiful video I want to share with you along with sending lots of love and blessings your way.
Happy Thanksgiving Day. Make it a grateful one.
ALL Love,
Pernilla
