You are not alone!

I know it can often feel that way, can’t it! It can feel like you have to figure it all out on your own and because that feels so overwhelming it is easier to give up, give in and ignore what truly matters to you.
I can certainly relate to those feelings. They come and go and still try to tempt me on a regular basis. Especially when I follow my Heart, listen to my guidance and act on it and then things still don’t seem to happen the way I think they are supposed to 🙂
That is when I am ready to throw in the towel.

When I feel tempted by these beliefs and feelings, I spend even more time going inside, listening/feeling for guidance:
How can I serve You?
Where am I out of alignment?
What am I not seeing that is blocking the Flow of what I Know is so true?

Women Need To Get Together

This week I had one of those epiphanies again, and spent more time surrendering and being available for clarity.
It is interesting, because when I do, I always get the same sensation, vision and energy: “Women need to get together and share their experiences,” “Women need to support each other in becoming Whole and trust our inner Wisdom,” “We need to do this together.”
I have blogged about this before, and it just seems to be ‘my thing!’
When I get these ‘hits’, I always share them in the way I know best, yet keep forgetting that Rome was not built in one day. Somehow I expect a tangible outcome from this right away and feel discouraged when I don’t get a lot of response.
Well, I am learning to just keep going and keep sharing, because I don’t really have a choice in it, no matter the response. The Energy has ‘got’ me and there is nothing else that inspires like this anyway.
It’s not about one woman doing her own thing over here, thinking she either has all the answers, or should have them. It is not about one group of women disconnected from other groups of women, identifying with ‘this is the way’. Yes, we are learning to follow our unique ways these days, and that is so enlivening and beautiful. But we cannot forget that we are all part of the puzzle.
We all NEED each other, but not from a needy or lacking place. We need each other because we are finally beginning to realize that we are not meant to do it alone. It is time to know that the only way we can make a difference in the world is by getting together, sharing and creating something new that we don’t even know what is yet, because it is not here yet. Bringing it here happens when we get together. It is in our being together that we bring it here, become it. It is in doing it together that we bring it here, become it. They are one and the same.
When you listen to your Heart, this is so obvious. If you are seeing it through your mind, it won’t make sense. We all have a little piece of the puzzle to share in order to make it work. Actually, we each are a piece of the puzzle.
Can you imagine what is possible when we actually come together as One, share together as One, work together as One for the sole purpose of Oneness, Peace and Love?
The answer is not found in ‘just doing my own thing’. Living separately is part of the old paradigm and will continue a world that does not work anymore.

As I Express, I Learn

When I get those kind of Energies delivered in my meditation or on my morning run, I feel filled up to the brim, my cup runneth over, and I cannot wait to share it. As I become more familiar with these Energies, I am learning how to flow with them. I get a ‘hit’; I don’t quite know what to do with it; I share what I ‘got’; as I share, it gets clearer.

• I only need to follow this energy and not focus on any immediate outcome, other than the Energy Itself! (This has been a big challenge for me and one I am starting to release).
• Even though I don’t quite know what it all means, I just need to follow this Energy and act on it. It may take a few rounds before the Expression feels more complete so I can present it more clearly. In the meantime, I only need to express what I do know and not wait till I think I know more. This is how I learn – by expressing what is given.
• I run it by my Women Friends, the Ones I trust and deeply resonate with. When I do, the Energies usually get amped up and help me follow through in stead of feeling overwhelmed or confused by Them.

            Learning to Trust Our Own Energies
It feels like I’m just scratching the surface of what is being shown, and I can sense something much bigger wanting to unfold. I am just riding the wave of this Energy and allow it to unfold in its own time (not mine!) I know I am not the only one feeling this stirring inside. I know you are touched by it too. That is why I want to share my little piece of the puzzle and encourage you to trust yours too – and share it. It is in the sharing that you get clarity – not the other way around. Learning to trust our own Energies is what we are about now. In the beginning it can feel scary, unfamiliar and overwhelming. That is why we need each other. We recognize this stirring in each other. You are not alone anymore!
