Learn to make your thoughts conscious so you can create a gap between you and them. Then you realize that you have a choice whether to believe them or not. When you ‘unhook’ from your thoughts by recognizing them before they pull you in, you can redirect this freed up energy. You can focus it on what really matters to you and find more freedom and confidence in the choices you make.
