This poem came out of a deep Stillness — the recognition that there was never really a “you” separate from the “I.”
I am the One, the All, the Only
How could I possibly ever feel lonely?
What the eyes see is misperception
I can only be seen in Silent reception
I am Silence and fill all eternal space
Infinitely present in everyone’s face
No matter the image, there is only I
Already fulfilled, no ‘you’ struggling to get by
How can there be lack, when I am all that there is
I cannot be separate, so there is nothing to miss
I am all that you need as the Silence inside
Abundantly present if you only abide
In the Silence so sweetly waiting in your Heart
The place you will know we are never apart
In Oneness I move as all that I am
Completely fulfilled as individual Man
Be still now and hear my voice with no sound
And allow me to show you what can only be found
In and as your very own Being
Gently hidden from all sensory seeing
I am filling all space, there is no place I am not
I am here to fulfill you in ways you cannot
The only thing needed for you to receive
Is resting as Stillness – not another belief
Belief is what got in your way all along
Now dear One, it is time for Your Song
Rest, relax, release and let go
Of all the things you think that you know
A new life awaits you from this moment on
Where all your suffering is totally gone
What’s left is Who and What you always have been:
An ocean of Love and Stillness within
And all you need – is just letting it in…
